GEAR:
Servicing your gear looks different for each piece of equipment.

- Pre-work leak test and external inspection
- Complete disassembly and disposal of all o-rings, filters, seats, air spool, inflator hose valve, and other damaged parts
- Ultrasonic cleaning, rinsing, and drying
- Reassembly with new parts from service kit plus other required items
- Leak test and adjust to factory specifications
- Final leak and function retest
- Invoice and attach old parts bag as proof of service.

- External inspection and full-inflation stress test (no air loss for 10 minutes)
- Clean and replace broken dump valves or hoses (cracked threaded fittings are CANNOT be repaired)
- Overhaul of inflator/Air 2 as stated for regulator above
- Post-service inflation test

- Send to factory for repair

- Only the air spool can be replaced
- All other damage or flooding requires a new gauge
