Building upon what you’ve already learned, this course expands on your knowledge of how to prevent problems and how to manage them if they occur.
The PADI Rescue Diver course is arguably the most important certification you will receive in your scuba training. The training your receive in this course will continue to be reiterated and highlighted as you move through your professional level courses starting with divemaster.
This course will change the way you dive – in the best possible way. Learn to identify and fix minor issues before they become big problems, gain a lot of confidence and have serious fun along the way.

- Rescue Breathing Mask
- Swimsuit, towel, sunscreen
- Completed Medical Questionnaire
- CPR Certification is required – can be included/excluded in training for an additional fee
- Scuba gear – shop gear is available

What are the prerequisites for this course?
Student must be PADI certified Advanced Open Water. If you are NAUI or SSI, please call the shop for prerequisites. 808-262-2333
How old do you have to be to take this course?
The minimum age for a Rescue dive is 12.
